Johnathan is a painter and ceramic sculptor based in Eden, North Carolina, working primarily in the realm of abstracted figuration. His art explores humanity through otherworldly figures that reference human form and emotion without fully replicating it. Blending familiarity and mystery, his work invites viewers to see fragments of themselves and reflect on their own habits, characteristics, and inner lives.

Johnathan draws creative inspiration from observing the habits, traits, and emotional patterns of those around him, viewing the world through a lens that captures the unseen layers of human experience. By studying everyday interactions with a curious and reflective eye, he transforms ordinary moments into symbolic forms that act as mirrors for self-discovery. Driven by a passion for self-awareness and personal growth, his work serves as both a portrait of society and a catalyst for individual introspection.
